Position Summary

We are seeking a visionary and decisive President to lead a thriving marketing and advertising agency based in Atlanta, with approximately 100 employees. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership from a similarly sized or larger agency, combining entrepreneurial drive with operational expertise. This is a critical, high-impact leadership role that requires a strong presence both inside and outside the organization—someone who excels in client engagements, champions company culture, and drives innovation in a rapidly changing industry. This role will report directly to the BCG Worldwide CEO, with access to resources across the entire enterprise

NOTE: This role will be based in Atlanta full-time and follow our hybrid model – Tues/Thurs in office, Mon/Wed/Fri from home


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and inspire teams across creative, account management, media, operations, and analytics.
  • Serve as the lead agency representative for key client engagements and new business pitches. Be highly visible, trusted, and persuasive.
  • Drive operational and financial performance, including full P&L ownership, budgeting, resource planning, and process optimization.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive culture that balances performance with empathy. Align teams around shared values and purpose.
  • Spearhead business development initiatives, from pipeline generation to pitch leadership and conversion.
  • Guide the agency’s adoption of automation, offshore staffing models, and emerging technologies in marketing and creative workflows.
  • Engage comfortably with C-suite clients, offering strategic counsel and long-term partnership value.
  • Oversee the agency's account leadership function to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in a President or Executive leadership role at a marketing or advertising agency of similar or larger size.
  • Demonstrated experience in building or scaling an agency or business unit from the ground up.
  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Atlanta, Georgia. Full-time, in-office presence required.
  • High level of comfort in high-stakes pitch environments and ongoing client strategy discussions.
  • Deep experience in account management and client services with a hands-on approach to team development and execution.
  • Ability to understand and adapt to cultural trends, internally and externally.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, financial metrics, and driving profitability.
  • Familiarity with tech-enabled marketing solutions and experience leveraging automation/offshore teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in brand-side marketing is a plus.
  • While creative leadership remains essential, a strong understanding of media and data-driven marketing enhances overall impact.
  • Candidates with long-term tenure at previous organizations are strongly preferred.
